Chapter 7:
It's Over Part 1
Lucinda wakes up to still see police officers outside her room, she slowly breathes while looking at her phone at the edge of the bed. She reaches for it, and as she is about to grab it she hears a knock on her door “Huh” she begins to breathe heavily. “Co...” she can't get the words out, she was still trying to process the shock, “Come in” she said as she wiped sweat from her face. It was Deion and Sarah.
“Hey, how ya feeling?” He asked as he rubbed her back.
“I'm just ready to be out of this hospital” ,She said as Sarah sat down next to her.
“Your mom had us worried”, Sarah said as she looked at Lucinda's phone, “Have you checked it, since you got that message?” She asked her.
“No, I haven't”, Lucinda said to her as she laid back.
“Well, I mean it's been two days, and everything has been quite even at school, people are still talking though” Deion crossed his arms.
“I'm not surprised, how are you guys?” She asked them.
“Someone tried to kill us, I don't know about Sarah, but I'm feeling like Randy Meeks at this moment”, he said as sighed.
“Any news on who killed Donna?” Lucinda asked as Sarah looked away.
“Sarah, if you don't want to talk about this, we can change the subject” Lucinda grabbed her hand.
“No, it's okay, and no they haven't found anything out”, Sarah said.
“Did the police check your phone?” Deion asked her as he picks it up.
“Yeah, they're doing something to it, I don't know, I just don't want to check it” Lucinda sits up.
“You have to check it sometime, you can't be scared. I mean he or whoever is out there wants us to be scared” Deion looked at both of them.
“One thing, I am not getting, why?” Lucinda asked out loud.
“Why what?” Sarah asked her.
“Why us? I still can't piece anything together, Destiny's death, my attack, Allens, yours, Donna's death. There is just something we're not seeing” Lucinda slowly grabs her phone. She can feel her heart beating.
“Lucinda, you don't have to, not yet” Deion tried to stop her, but she turns her phone on.
“I need to see the number on the phone” She said.
“Why? I mean the police already checked it, what can you see that they didn't?” Sarah asked her.
“I don't know, but you all know that in these type of situations that the police do not do their job correctly or they miss something that the main character always has to see”. Lucinda waits for it come on. “I know I just went from 0-200, but I'm not about to play cat and mouse with some sick twisted bastard” the phones comes on. Lucinda did not show it, but she was afraid of what messages or calls were going to appear on it. She was able to breathe easily as there was no messages on the phone. She goes to the messages. “Why would he write, I killed you?” Lucinda asked them.
“I don't know, mind games” Deion answered her.
“There is something more to this” Lucinda said to herself.
“But what?” Sarah asked, and Deion looked at the message.
“Let's not talk about this now, not with the cops right outside the door” Deion said.
“Why?” Sarah asked.
“Classic horror film fact, when the police know something, the killer or bad guy always knows somehow too” Deion smiled at them.
“You're right, so are we playing by rules?” Sarah asked him.
“I would have to say that he is playing a game I think he likes a classic film more than a remake”
Lucinda is checked out of the hospital that day.
“Hey mom” she said as she comes into her house.
“Lucinda, I said I was going to come and pick you up” Her mother said to her.
“It was okay Sam and D dropped me off” Lucinda said as she looked at the mail on the table.
“Do I have any mail?” She asked her as she grabs an apple.
Lucinda reaches a piece of mail with her name on it, but her mother snatches it away from her, “Mom give it to me” Lucinda said to her.
“I don't think you need to see this” she said to her, Lucinda snatches it out of her hand and she looks at the front.
“This is from destiny, it's the letter she wrote when she went away, it had gotten lost in the mail” Lucinda wipes a tear away from her face and just stuffs it into her back pocket.
“Are you okay?” Her mother asked her.
“I don't know, but I know I'm going out tonight with my friends, were just going to hang out at Sarah's house” Lucinda said to her mother.
“Have your cellphone on at all times” her mother as she walked out the door.
“Okay mom” Lucinda said.
“Lucinda!”
“Alright mom, I'll call you every 30 minutes okay” Lucinda smiled as she walked out the door, and her mother smiled too.
Lucinda makes to the backyard gate, but she hears something behind her, she turns around quickly, but no one is there, she takes a deep breath she reaches for the gate, but before she could open it something grabbed her from behind knocking her out. Lucinda wakes up in a large room with a wall of glass, she tries to break it.
“Hello!” she screams, but no one answers, but she feels her phone vibrate in her pocket she takes it out, and her heart drops as the text reads “IT'S NOT OVER” she drops the phone as lights come on and she sees another room with her cousin Allen knocked out and tied to chair.
“Allen wake up!!” Lucinda calls his name, but he does not hear her, and then she sees a door open and she hears the scratching of a knife on the walls, her phone gets another text message she picks up her phone and opens the message, and it reads “How loud can you scream?”

Chapter 6:

Blurred Lines

Lucinda still at the hospital, and still trying to shake off the message she received from the killer, but every time she closes her eyes she still sees his face, his pitch black face, and it sends chills down her spine. She feels her arms looking at the scars she received from him, and for a second, she gets up to go to the bathroom. She takes a deep breathe, and says to herself “Calm down Lucinda” she says it over and over again until she hears someone in her room, “Mom!” she calls out but no one answers, she moves closer to the door and she hears someone moving in the room. It stops, and she walks opens the door.

Lucinda walks out, and she is looking at her bed, and it has been made. She looks around and she realizes that she does not hear anyone outside of her room. She opens the door, no one is there the reception desk was empty and the other rooms were closed none of them would open.

“Hello!” She screams; though, silence is all that would answer back.

Lucinda walls deeper down the hallway, and she feels a warm touch brush behind her. She turns around quickly and nothing is there. Lucinda begins to feel lightheaded, and almost stumbles her vision begins to blur as she sees someone come out an elevator. A blanket of fear covered her, as she looked at the Pitch Black Masked that had put her in the hospital was coming for her again. She jumps and she begins to run, and the killer chases after her. Lucinda can barley stand let alone run as the killer gets closer and closer to her.

She stops and takes a bed pan, and she hides behind a corner, she hears him getting closer and then jumps from behind the corner to hit him he is gone. She lets out a large breath, and closer her eyes, and she steps back, but she feels someone behind her. It was the killer and he grabs and tosses her against a wall, and she falls down then he begins to drag her, “Ahhh” she screams for help, but he continues to drag her. Lucinda sees a needle on the ground and she grabs it as fast as she can and stabs him in the leg, the pain forces him to let her go, and as he does she knees him the face, and he falls down.

Lucinda gets back to room, and she shuts the door. Then she grabs her phone off the counter, and begins to dial 911, but the voice that answers sends a chill down her spine “Lucinda....” it was Destiny, “No” she says as she backs up, “I'm in your bed” Lucinda drops her phone and she turns around and find that her sheets are drenched in blood. She pulls them back, and it was Destiny’s body with an ax wound in her head. “AHHHHH” Lucinda screams, and she turns around to run, but the killer was right behind he swings his ax and she jumps up out of her bed screaming.

“Lucinda what's wrong?” Her mother was coming into the room, and she goes to calm her down.

“Mom, I seen her, I seen Destiny. Oh my god it was horrible what he did to her!” She is screaming non-stop, and the nurse comes in with a needle. “She doesn't need a damn needle it was just a nightmare” her mother screams at the nurse whose eyes wonder to the bathroom to see the water running. She goes to turn it off, and no one was there.

“Did anyone come in here?” The nurse asked her, “I don't know, I was gone for a few minutes” Her mother says. Lucinda calms down, and she notices her phone is vibrating she looks at it to be a picture message sent from Destiny's phone she checks it, and it was a clear picture of her sleeping, and there was a message it said “I KILLED YOU” she blacks out.

Chapter 5:

Who Is The Deadest Of Them All?

 Lucinda is out of the hospital, and the school has opened back up, but Lucinda and her friends know the terror is far from over.

 Sarah is at her locker looking at a picture of her and Destiny, “I miss you” she to the picture, as she is closing her locker someone is behind it. “Ahhh” she screams only to find Danny, the schools film nerd 2nd only to Deion. “Hey Sarah” he says with a big smile, “hi Danny, try to scare me to death why don’t cha” she said with a smile.

“Oh no, I could never kill someone as cute as you” he says to her

“You’re way to obvious” she says to him

“Better watch out Sarah, remember we seen that Wes Craven flick” Deion appeared out of nowhere.

“Oh come on” he says to him

 “Film nerd, crush on cute girl, cute girl knows, then she ends up getting stabbed” Deion said with a smile, “I’m surprised you knew that?” Danny says to him. “Watch it vice president, you might be next” Deion said to him. “Alright stop this rivalry” she says to them. “She’s right, even though I could school you countlessly in horror movies” Deion said as he begins to walk away, Danny looks at Sarah, “you know he means well” she says to him.

“I will someday be president of that club” Danny says

“Remember, we only have one more year here” she says to him as she tries to catch up with Deion.

 But as Sarah is running she knocks into Donna, “watch it, big girl” don’t wanna go to jail for murder now do you?” she says to her. “Donna, you don’t intimated me, that was only one time 5 years ago” Sarah says to her. “Oh yeah that’s right your name use to be Wideload Willis” Donna said with a laugh “why don’t you back off Donna Ho” Deion said to her.

“Oh nice here comes, the geek to save Wideload Willis” Donna said as she walked away

“How can someone so smart and pretty, be such a…”

“Ho, slut, complete and utter bitch” Deion kept on going

“All of the above, I just wish I could show her ugly she really is” Sarah said as they both go to class.

 When they arrive to class, there is a new student “everyone please welcome Robert Dallas” everyone says the usual hi’s and then he sits down. “So now I wonder is done with reports, and who are ready to present?” Mr. Looming said as he sat at his desk. “Oh come on, you had a month to get these done, but due to the circumstances, you all have one more day”

“Robin, since you are new, I’m going to pair you up with Deion and Sarah, I hope you both make him feel welcome.

“Hi” he says to them

“Hey Robin, so we are doing our report on movies and real life” Deion said to him
“Sounds interesting” he says to them.

“Good, because he just came with it” Sarah said to him, “yeah, we should meet up in the library after school” Deion said to them.

“Alright, I just came from the library, so I know where that is” he smiles.

 Meanwhile Donna is going through her locker, till she finds a letter from Allen saying to meet her after school in the gym showers. “Allen you naughty boy, you super-secret girlfriend dies, and now you want some brains in your life” she smiles and closes her locker, and leaves.

 Meanwhile Deion, Sarah, and Robin meet in the library, where they begin to start the project “this is due tomorrow, and we are not even close to being done” Sarah said as she continues to type the paper, “I’ll do the rest at my house, trust me it will not be a problem” Deion said as he tries to turn his phone on, but it is no use.

“Damn it my phone is dead” he says

“Need a charger?” Robin asked him

“Yeah, you have one, let’s see if it fits” he said to him, and it does not

“Damn it, I’ll be back I have a charger in my locker” Deion leaves

 When he gets to his locker, he finds that it has been broken into “who the hell?” he said to himself he looks in their to find a note saying “When it comes to school sluts, this girl comes only 2nd” he says to himself, “he then turns around to find that all the lights in the school have gone out. “Damn it” he says to himself as he begins to walk back to the library.

“Robin, Sarah” he calls their names, but he gets no answer.

 He discovers their books on the table, but they are nowhere to be found “Sarah?” he calls her name again, he checks behind the book shelves, only to have a hand touch his shoulder, he screams “who the hell?” he said “sorry” it was Sarah “where did you guys go?” he asked her “when the lights went out, Robin heard something, and he went to check it out, now he’s gone” she said to him.

“Could it be?” he asked her

“Please don’t say that” Sarah said to him

“What? They never found his body, and Marcus and Lucinda both received messages, and I just got mine.

 He pulls it out for her to see, but Sarah notices, that his name is not on it, “this is not to you, this is to me” she said to him. “Oh shit, we gotta get out of here” he said to her. “The school can’t be empty, there must be someone in here” Sarah said to him. “Robin, we find him and then we get out of here” Deion said to her and they both go to the doors to find them locked.

“These doors were just open” Deion said, then his phone begins to ring

“I thought your phone was dead?” Sarah asked him

“It’s not now” he checks his phone, and there is a question

“One Hour to find her, One Chance to save her, one chance to save yourselves” Deion read the message.

“Sarah, where is your phone?” Deion asked her

“My locker” she said

 Deion looked at the message one more time to find out it was sent 30 minutes to go, “he’s going to kill someone else” he said to her. “Who?” Sarah asked him “the note said, she comes in 2nd to the school sluts” “who?” Sarah said as Deion got another message “there girls have 1 man in common” “I still don’t get it?” but something goes off in Deion’s head but he shakes it off as they hear an office door opening.

“We gotta get this door open” he said to her

“Why someone may be in there who can help us” Sarah said to him

“I’ve seen horror movies, and when a door just suddenly opens nothing good can come from it” he said to her

 Sarah ignores him, and goes to the door anyway “Sarah” he calls to her, but she is till heading to the door. She looks inside to find an air vent open, and a note on the desk “Secrets, nothing but secrets” the note said to her and then she looks on the back of it to find a picture of Allen. “Who the hell is that?” Robin appeared out of nowhere behind her, and she punches him.

“Ouch” he said to her

“Sorry” she said as Deion comes to them

“Where the hell did you come from?” Deion asked him

“There is a door open over here” Robin said to them, and Deion and Sarah grab him and run to it, “What the hell is going on?” he asked over and over again. As a man dressed in all black with an ax comes out of the library. “Run” they all begin to run, but the killer chases them down a hallway. They get to an entrance only to find it locked.

“Damn!” Deion said as he sees the Ax reflect in the mirror and he pushes Robin and Sarah out of the way. “Run!” he yells to them, as the killer looks at him, Deion sees a door and goes through it. He is running as fast as he can, trying to open any door comes to. “Why the hell am I playing the hero” he said as the killer begins to catch up to him. He finds a classroom door unlocked he goes in there to hide, “now what do I do?” he said, as his phone rings “fuck” the messages says “found you” he sees the ax coming at him, he dodges it, and then he kicks the killer stomach.

“Should have went for the balls sack” he says as he continues to run again.

 Then he gets another message, with a new question “how can someone so smart be so dead?” remembers what he said to Sarah about Donna, “oh no” Deion said he turns around only to find the killer in his face and then punches him in the face, as he lies on the ground the killer swings the ax, but Deion moves out of the way, and trips him, but the killer gets up, and swings him into a classroom. He is knocked on conscious, the Killer moves into kill him till Robin knocks him over the head with a large text book.

“Not how I pictured my first day” Robin said as he helped Deion up

“Thanks…where is Sarah?” he asked him

“Hiding” Robin said as both he and Deion turned around to find the killer gone.

 Sarah finds herself in the gym, hiding as she gets a voicemail “do you have the answer?” it said to her, she tries to think. “Allen sure knows her name” “How the hell am I supposed to figure this out you damn bastard!?” she screams, as the killer jumps ontop of her and begins to strangle her. She knees him, and then he falls over. She runs to the main entrance, only to find them chained with Deion and Robin coming to the door.

“Deion please get me out of here” Sarah said as the killer gets up and charges towards her

“Sarah move!” he screams to her as the ax misses her face.

“Oh my god” she says “RUN!” Robin yells to her

 She begins to run to the other side, as Deion gets one last message “Your Hour Is Up” Deion works hard to get the door open. “That won’t work, the chains” Robin said as Deion looked to find the keys on a custodian cart he tires all the keys as Sarah tries to defend herself. Then as she is about the die, the lights come back on, and the killer is gone. “How the fuck it that possible?” Deion asked himself. “I don’t know” Robin said as he looked at the door on the other side to find it cracked open. Deion unlocks the chain and runs to Sarah who is scared.

“Did you figure it out?” she asked him

“I don’t know if he was trying to kill you or…” Deion says as the security officer comes in, “are you guys okay?” he asked them “do we look oaky” Robin said to him, “come on, let’s get you out of here” “no wait there might be another student here, you gotta find her” Sarah said to him while trying to breathe.

“Will find them, but first we gotta get you out of here” The security takes them to the front, but while they are there Deion and Sarah received new messages “you lost” Deion and Sarah look at one another as Robin looks at them.

 Donna is in the other half of the gym, in the showers waiting for Allen, she calls him because he is late “Allen where are you? I’m in our usual place call me back” she hangs ups her phone only to hear the showers running. She goes to turn them off, but she hears someone is in there with her, and she tries to see through the steam “Allen, this is not funny” she said as keeps on walking. Then she finds something written on the shower mirrors. “Mirror…Mirror… On the wall…who is the deadest girl of them all?” she said as she wipes it away only to find the answer at the end of mirror.

“YOU!!!” she said as she finds the Killer behind her she gasp only for him to smash her face into the mirror over and over again until she is dead. The killer turns the shower back on, and he leaves her body laying cold dead on the ground, but he leaves a note on her shattered face.

Chapter 4:

Who’s Next?

 Lucinda is on her bed in the hospital, and then her friends come in, it was Sarah, Anthony, Deion and Marcus. “Hey sweetie” Sarah says to her, but she sees her blank expression. “Lucinda, what’s wrong?” she asked her but her face was filled with terror. “He sent me a text” she said to them, then her mother wakes up “Lucinda are you okay?” she asked and she does not respond, “can you all stay with her, I’m going to go and get the nurse” her mother leaves.

“Guys, he sent me a text?” she says to them

“Who?” Deion asked her

“The man who tried to kill me” she said to him

“I thought he was dead, the news said he died in the fire” Anthony said to her, but she showed them her phone and the message.

“They didn’t find a body” Marcus said to him

“So he could still be out there, we gotta tell the police” Sarah said to them

“And tell them what, what are they really going to do?” Lucinda asked her, Sarah looks at her, and she tries to shake off the fear.

“I think he’s after all of us” Marcus said outloud

“Why?” Sarah asked him, as the fear came right back to her spine.

 Marcus takes out his phone and shows them the messages he has received, “she saved you this time, but will you be able to do the same?” Lucinda reads it, and finds Destiny’s name at end of it. “Destiny sent this” she said. “Destiny is dead, we seen her body” Marcus said to her “then whoever is doing this must have her phone” Deion said as he checked his phone to find an unread message.

 “How do we know, he is after all of us?” Anthony asked them. “I don’t know, but it feels like he is” Marcus said to him “this same person killed Destiny and her mom, then tried to kill Marcus, but then he tried to kill Allen and then he tried to kill me” Lucinda said. “Why?” Deion asked as he sat in the corner. “That is the real question” Anthony answered, but then Lucinda looks at her phone, “that’s not the question, the question is…who is next?” Lucinda said as he mother is right outside the door listening. 

Chapter 3

Dead Sleep

 Lucinda now at the hospital, talks to her mother “Honey are you ok?” her mother asked her as she looks at her wounds. “Am fine mom” she says as she looks at TV and sees a news report about her attack.

 News Reporter: Local student Lucinda Dey, was just attacked and almost killed by the same killer. Who recently murdered her best friend Destiny Faith and her mother last night, But the killer is presumed dead with Lucinda resting in the hospital, and Gainesville’s nightmare is finally over. I’m Shandra Wilkerson from fox news.

 Lucinda turns off the TV, “Presumed dead, what the fuck ever” Lucinda said as she sits up “what your mouth young lady” her mother says to her. “I seen him die” Lucinda says as she looks at her arm. “The Doctor said I can take you home in a few days” her mother says. “Okay… are you staying the night with me?” she asked her “Oh honey of course” she smiles at her.

 Then all of a sudden her dad rushes into the room, “Jack? What are you doing here?” her mother asked him. “Am here to see my Daughter, Katherine” he says with as he looks her with anger. “Hi dad, you didn’t haft to come. Mom was fine enough” she said “Are you kidding, you were almost killed. How could you let this happen!?” he asked his Ex-wife. “How could I let this happen?” her voice grew louder. “Can you two stop it? Can I have both of you here without either of you fighting?” Lucinda says as she begins to cry.

 Both of her parents look at each other, “She’s right” her father says “Wait a second, have you two been talking?” her mother asked as Lucinda looks at her. “Yes, yes mom we have” Lucinda said. Her mother trying not to get angry, “We will talk about this tomorrow” she walks out of the room. While her father goes to her and hugs her “Am so sorry I left you” he says as she holds him tight “I know dad… you had to do what was right for you” she says “No I should have thought about you” they hold one another.

“Why did you leave dad?” she asked him

“I… I think you know” he says to her

“All I remember is you and mom fighting… and that’s it” she said

“Your mother cheated on me, and she tried to turn the tables on me, and then that’s when I left” he said

“Okay, all I wanted was the truth” she said

 Her father looked at the door and seen her mother looking at them with an unsatisfying look. “You get well, am going to go talk with your mother” he said as kissed on her forehead.

 Lucinda sits back and closes her eyes, then she hears her phone ringing it was a text message from Destiny’s phone. “How in the hell?” she said to herself, as she opened the text “YOU KILLED ME” she says to herself out loud, and it was nothing, but messages from Destiny’s phone saying the same thing over and over again. She tries to call the nurse into her room, but no one comes, and she hears something coming from outside her door.

“Hello” she says out loud, but no one answers, she looks at her phone and sees no new messages, then she gets up and leaves her room, to go into the hospital hall. The hall is empty, and she sees no one, but her phone rings again. as gets up and starts to run, then she gets another message saying “I see you” she slips on blood, and the blood traces back to Destiny’s body “DO YOU WANNA KNOW HOW YOU KILLED ME?” is written on the wall in her blood. Then Destiny’s eyes open and she screams “DO YOU!” she backs away, then she sees a shadow over her, she turns around to see the killer behind her, and then he swings his ax at her face, she screams, as she wakes in her bed. Breathing hard, and looking for her mom to find her in a chair sleeping.

“It was just a dream” she says calmly to herself, but her vibrates it was a message she hesitates to open it, but it was from Sarah saying “We’re coming to visit you” she smiles as she closes the message, but then she receives a voice mail, from an unknown number.

She puts the phone to her ear, and it says

“It’s not over” she drops her phone, as someone comes into her room

Chapter 2



 Lucinda, Dave and Marcus entered the office and as soon as they sat down Detective Davis was already started questioning them. “So are you all sure that you had nothing to deal with Destiny’s murder?” he asked them again. “I thought we told you no” Dave said as he looked at him. Detective Davis then pulls out a picture of the riddle from Destiny’s body. As all three of them looked at it they see their names sighed on the bottom of it. “Listen Detective we did not do this” Lucinda said. “Well then we gone dust you for finger prints. To see if you are telling the truth”. Detective Davis finger prints them, “look we did not do this” Marcus says as they all walk out of the office.

 They all walk to the park, where Lucinda receives a unexpected phone call. “Hello?” she says but no one answers back. “Lucinda, it’s me your father” as Lucinda hears her father’s voice she looks into the distant and she remembers the day her father left her family.

Lucinda’s Mother: don’t lecture me on this, I cheated on you because you cheated

Her father with confusion on his face

Lucinda’s father: what are you talking about?

Lucinda’s Mother : you know exactly what

 Lucinda comes out of it, “hi da, it’s nice to hear your voice after how many years” she says sarcastically while everyone looked at her. “Listen honey can we talk?” he asked her “look I’ll call you back, bye” she hangs up the phone. “Who was that?” Marcus asked “My dad” she answered back “I thought he left you and your mother years ago?” Marcus asked “yea, but now he’s back and he wants to talk” Lucinda said “are you going to tell your mom?” Sarah asked “no, she will try to keep me away from him” Lucinda says as she gets an angry look on her face.

 Sarah, Anthony and Deion leave while Dave and Marcus stay with Lucinda

“who would do this to her” Lucinda said as she cries on her Dave’s shoulder. “Now the police think we have something to do with it” Marcus said “But why we were her friends” Dave says. Marcus looks at them, “Why would they even suspect us as killing one of our friends?” Lucinda takes out a copied picture of the riddle and reads it

“Love is for all, revenge is for one, one hour till another finds themselves in my game of survival her rival and her lovers denial they both will soon be hanging from my time tower within one blooded hour”

 Silence takes the floor, as they all begin to look at one another. As they all see their signatures on it “how the hell are all names on their?” Dave asked. “like hell if I know” Marcus said as his phone ringed his mom sent him a text message saying to come home. “Hey guys I haft to go” Marc left for home, but omeone was following him. Dave walks to the store, and Lucinda gets another call “Hello?” she said and then the voice spoke to her “Destiny wasn’t able to play the game, and she lost” the voice making fun of Destiny “Who the hell is this?” she said to him. “We’re not playing that game right now, Destiny, was a real cute girl and she loved horror movies” Lucinda gets a blank look upon her face and says “no she hated horror movies, who the hell is this!?” Dave walks over to her, “Let me tell you something I wanna play a game”. “Fuck you”. “Don’t hang up, Lucinda” she pauses for a moment.

“How do you know my name?”

She asked him

“Like I said, I wanna play a game, you know like the game they played on scream”

He said while laughing crazily.

 Dave just stood there looking at her

 “how do you know my name?” “I know a lot of things. Things you don’t know”. “I will give you a one Hour to find clues to whom my next victim is going to be, and I think you got the first clue don’t you?” “I won’t play; I’ll go to the police”. “But by then it would have been too late”. “No not too late” Lucinda is about to hang up the phone. “Marcus would be sad if you didn’t play” she pauses yet again “don’t you dare hurt him”. “You won’t play so three more bodies will turn up, and you will be blamed” he said while lurking outside of Marcs window, he is playing video games. A man walks in threw the door.

 

“Do you really want your friend to die”. Lucinda looks at Dave and mouths “Marcs House” Dave begins to run to his house. “Who are you?” she asked him again louder. “We’re not playing that game, right now, the game where playing is time. Question 1”. “I won’t play”. The man says “You have no choice but to play, but so you know Marc and Dave are 2nd prizes”. “What do you mean, how do you know Dave just left?” she says as she looks around. “Lucinda had a boyfriend, guess the first letter”. Lucinda Paused yet again. “She never had one”. “Wow you guys seem to keep a lot of secrets from each other. Do you know the first letter?” “No I don’t”.

 The killer leaves Marcus house and goes down the street, to another house. He opens a door and sees a boy on the couch sleeping.

“Come on you know him, quiet boy never says a word” Lucinda looks at the phone, “you’re bluffing”. She said. “I hope Allen with understand” “No, you leave my  cousin alone” “make me” he hangs up and she runs to his house.  And she opens the door only to find blood on the floor, she goes in to see Allen on the floor bleeding fromhis back. “Allen” she hears a creek behind her and turns around to see a man with a black mask on his face, and he is holding a knife, she begins to run upstairs. But slips on a rug and hurts her wrists by bending it backwards. The killer comes up stairs, and smiles. “Fuck you” she runs to the bathroom and grabs bleach. The killer burst through the bathroom, she throws it in his eyes. He falls down and screams he throws the knife at her and it hits her arm. “Ahhhh” she cries out while running but falls on a step and plunges to the ground. She gets up, only to see Marcus and Dave helping her up. “He’s upstairs” “who?” “the dude who killed, Allen and who just tried to kill me” she takes out her cell phone to call the police, but she gets a text message. Saying “you should have played”

 “Lucinda Allen is still berthing” Marcus said

1 hour later

 She is now back at the police station, being questioned by Detective Davis. “So you mean to tell me, that a man called you, only to tell that your cousin was his next victim?” She looks at him and says “Yes, I know it sounds crazy” he looks at her and said “crazy, young lady this is bull shit”. Her mother comes into the room and looks at her. “Can I go now, Detective Davis?” he looks at her and said “Yes, you may leave”. She storms out with her mother. While driving she cries, and her mother looks at her. “Why were you there?” she asked her. “Why are really asking me why?” “Yes young lady I am!” Lucinda smiles and turns her head. “First I lose my best friend and I almost lose my cousin, your nephew by they way. And you are looking at me like”. Her mother stops at the light. “If only your father was here”. Lucinda says “you cheated on him I didn’t”. Her mother takes a look at her and slaps her. “oh honey I’m sorry” she looks at her. “That fake expression did not work on him, and it sure as hell is not gone work on me” she opens the door and gets out the car. “Lucinda come back, I’m sorry!” She ignores her mother and runs. “Damn” her mother says to herself.

 Lucinda keeps on walking till she gets to the park, she stops and cries till she gets a call from Dave. “Yes Dave?” she says on the phone “are you alright?” wiping tears from her blood stained shirt. “yes I am” she hears something in the bushes and walks to it. “Lucinda, I’m at Marcs house if you wanna come?”. “Dave, not now I’ll stop by ok” “ok”. She smiles as she hangs up the phone, but she hears something in the bushed, she moves closer to it, and opens the bush only to see a cat. She sighs in relief, and gets another call “Dave I said latter” the same voice as before called her again “a good walk in the park can’t solve your problems now”. Lucinda yells into the phone “look you sick, you know what the police are already on you”. She speaks to him in confident voice.

 But he laughs over the phone.

 She looks around and looks for anyone; the park is empty with no one in it. “You ready for another round?” he asked her in a sarcastic voice. “You know what?” “What? You little bitch” “Fuck you!” all of a sudden he jumps out of a bush with an axe chasing her. Lucinda runs and runs till she falls over. He catches up to her, but she kicks him in the stomach “Ahh” he says as he gets up and run. He runs her into the center, which is still being built she looks at the building and turns around and see him getting closer to her. She makes it to the door, she goes in and locks it and then blocks it with a crowbar. She is looking around trying to call the police on her cell phone but she is getting no service.

“fuck” she says panicking, but then she gets a text message saying

“I know you’re in here”

The killer’s text is fighting and creepy as she hears him laugh and drags his axe over the floor. Lucinda dials 911.

“Hello police office”

“Hello, my name is Lucinda and I’m trapped in the new center. And someone”

His laugh gets louder and closer

“Yes, keep going” she says over the phone, “Someone is trying to kill me”

But the phone hangs up as she gets a message

 “I got you” his axe swings over the table she is hiding under and almost hit her. “Help me!” she yells over the phone but the killer grabs her by her hair and drags form under the table and punches her. “Miss, I’m sending help right now. Miss stay pu…” the killer hangs up the phone. Lucinda wakes up with a bleeding nose. She sees the killer pouring gas all over the floor.

“Freeze!”

Detective Luis appears and points his gun at him.

“Help me” Lucinda says as she can hardly breathe, the killer turns around. “Luis named after your father. I killed him, and now am going to kill you” he says as garbs the axe and tries to kill Lucinda but Luis shoot him in the head. “Lucinda get up” Lucinda is able to crawl up to him and he helped her up. The killer gets up, and gets a lighter he drops the lighter onto the floor and the center catches on fire. Lucinda and Detective Luis get out ok. The ambulance and other police men meet up with them. Lucinda is safe, but how long will it last?

Chapter 1

Question

 At school the next day Destiny does not show up, and Lucinda talks with Dave her boyfriend who was also asking where Destiny was. They both end up going to class and seeing her desk empty. While the morning school news come on, “our fellow students, we have something very saddening to tell you” one of the casters say while crying. “Destiny Faith is missing, and her mother has been murdered”. Lucinda’s and Dave’s faces are covered with grief to find out their friend is missing, and her mother dead.

“can the following students please report to the principles office” one of the news caster says as the other read a list of students. “and the students are, Lucinda, Dave, Marcus, Sarah, Anthony, and Deion please report to the principal’s office” they all leave their class rooms and walk to Mr. Tates office. “Hi guys” Sarah says as she sits down next to Marcus and they all look as Mr. Tate walks out of his office.

“hi guys” he says to them

“hi, Mr. Tate” Anthony said back to him

“why are we here?” Deion says

“Yea, do you think we have something to do with this?” Marcus asked him

 As a detective walks into the room, everyone’s cell phone rings “what the hell?” Dave said as everyone checks their phones. When they open them, a large scream is heard from the phone and its all over the school. Lucinda drops her phone, and cries “that’s Destiny” Sarah says as she covers her mouth. The scream was a bleeding scream with fear in every vocal. “MR TATE!, COME LOOK AT THIS” they all run out of his office and go in front of the school where they see Destiny hanging from the flag pole with a riddle written in her blood.

 All six of her friends turn their heads and cry as they see their mutilated friend, Mr. Tate says “call the police, and get these students back inside now!!!” the teachers rush the students back to their class rooms. While the Detective gets Destiny’s friends and walk them back to Mr. Tates office.

“oh my god, who would?” Anthony asked himself

“well that’s why I’m here, my name is Detective Davis” he says as he shakes their hands “are you going to find the person who did this?” Dave asked “well I’m going to try, did Destiny have any enemy’s?” he asked them “no, least we don’t think” he looks at them and he says they can leave. As they all walk out, Lucinda notices something on the ground it’s a picture of her and her cousin “I must have dropped this” she puts it in her pocket and walks back to class. Unknowing to her someone is watching all of them.

 Detective Davis goes back to the front of the school to read the riddle left by Destiny’s body, the riddle said.

“Love is for all, revenge is for one, one hour till another finds themselves in my game of survival her rival and her lover’s denial they both will soon be hanging from my time tower within one blooded hour”

 Detective Davis reads it over and over again, till he see someone’s name as the signature he calls the office and says “get Lucinda Rivers, Dave Roberts and Marcus Evans back to the front office now” he hangs up and walks back into the school. While walking Mr. Tate speaks over the intercom “classes are canceled for the day, students return home now” the students all go home while Sarah, Anthony, and Deion wait for their friends to come out of Mr. Tates office. But the masked killer follows a student home.

 Destiny was walking home from a party on Halloween, though as she’s walking she gets a call from an unknown number. She says hello in a nice calm and collected voice, “Hello?” she says into the phone but nothing but silence comes through the speaker. She hangs up and says “seems like some people have been looking at too many horror movies" she walks home but hears someone behind her. Destiny turns around quickly but nothing is there, she walks slowly to store and walks in. Destiny heads to the back of the store to grab a soda and a piece of candy. She walks back to the counter while she sings her way back to the counter; she gets to the counter where the cashier says.

 “Nice voice” he says while smiling at her

“Thanks, I plan on going out for American idol when am older” she said in sarcasm while checking her phone for a text message. While the cashier gets her soda and candy rung up he sees a shadow go past the store. “That’ll be 3 dollars” he said to her while a little nervous for himself and for Destiny. The shadow runs past the door again.

“How far do you live for here?” he asked her

“um like a few blocks, why?” she asked back

“Just be careful while you’re walking home, look behind every corner” he said to her while he gave her change and a nervous smile.

Destiny says “ok, have a good night” she said while she heads to the door.

“Oh hey!” he yells for her

“Yea?” she asked

“You left your change” he said to her as she reached to grab it, he drops it on the floor “oh sorry” he says as she bends down to pick it up. “It’s ok” she gives him a strange look as he puts something in her bag. “Hey if you’re a pervert, I don’t mind calling the police” she said while standing back up. “No but you pretty cute” he tried to say so calm. “See ya” Destiny says as she walks out of the store looking back at him smiling.

 Destiny received a video message when she was only a few blocks away from her home, she opened it and it was a video of her singing from the store. She gets a smile on her face and calls the number back, “hey dude I don’t I know how you got my number, but I’m seeing someone bye” she hangs up her phone. Destiny pulls out her keys, but she drops them on the ground as she bends down to pick them up a strange figure appears behind her. Destiny picks them up, and then the figure is gone. As she walks inside to put her stuff down, she hears something in the kitchen.

“Mom?!” she says

 But no one says anything back as she heads into the kitchen to find that her cat had knocked something over. “Are you trying to scare me?” she says to her cat as she looks at the back door, and sees that it is unlocked. “Mom must have left it unlocked again” she locks the door, but does not see that there is mud on the ground. “I need a vacation” she says to herself as she walks up stairs. As she puts her hands on the balcony, blood drips from the ceiling and onto her shirt.

 Destiny goes into her room, and turns on her webcam “Hi Lucinda” she says “Hi Destiny, your home already?” she asked her “Yea, that party was lame” she notices something “Hey why is Dave’s shirt on your bed?” “Oh, he let me hold it for P.E.” Destiny said to her in a calm voice “ok, so where is your mom?”

“Gone with her new boyfriend I guess” Destiny said as she puts her phone down and then both she and Lucinda talk about the cashier from the store. But Destiny hears something downstairs “hey Lucinda, I’ll see you at school I hear something down stairs it must be my mom coming home drunk” “ok see you at school tomorrow” they both close their webcams. And Destiny went down stairs. “Mom, is that you?” she said. Then her phone ranged “hello?” she says but no one says anything. “Destiny…..” someone speaks over the phone in a dry voice.

“Hello?” she says

“How long have you been sleeping with him?”

The voice asked her

“What the hell are you talking about? Who is this?”

She asked

“Someone who knows your insides, but I would love to see them on the outside”

The voice continues to talk as she reaches for the house phone

“Don’t pick it up”

The voice says

“How the?” she says while looking around her and heads for the window to close it but a person in wearing an all-black mask puts their face threw the window laughing. Destiny screams as the man stabs her in the hand. But she manages to close the window, “who the hell are you?” the person in the mask turning their head. “Like I said I am someone who knows you inside out” as she looks outside the window the person does not have a phone to their ear. “But if am not talking to you” she says as the voice says “scared…Destiny” fear and panic is written all over her face, but when she looks the window the person in the mask is gone.

 “Now how long?” the voice asked her again

“Leave me alone” she says crying while wrapping her hand in rag

“See how secrets get you in trouble” the voice says a the door is kicked down

Destiny runs up the stairs and looks down, but something drips onto her hand

“What is this?” she asked herself as she looks closer at it she realizes its blood

“Next question, how long have you been lying?” the voice asked her

“Just leave me alone” Destiny says

“Fine” the voice says as the person in the black mask burst out of the bathroom chasing her and chasing her. Destiny runs into the attic, and hides drying tears from her shirt finding more blood she hears him coming and she crawls into a corner where she feels something wet its more blood coming from her mother’s dead body. “AHHHHH” she screams as the black masked killer hears her and takes out an axe and nothing is heard but blood splashing onto the wall. “Secrets are good, but they also are deadly”
