"Doctor, she's out" a nurse walks into Dr. Malfore's office, but she is stopped. "Dr. Young all of your patients are accounted for" the nurse avoids eye contact with Dr. Young. Her presence felt ruthless, her skin so young yet so cold, and her eyes green, but with a hint of mystery.

"Thank you Nurse that will be all" Dr. Young kicked out of the room. "I knew we should have moved her into this wing" Dr. Young looks on the security cameras to see hanging bodies in the basement. She hears a chuckle coming from Dr. Malfore, "This is not a time to be laughing, doctor.

"I know, Dr. Young, but it's not her we should be worrying about" Dr. Malfore changes the feed to see Em walking down the 1st wing hallway.

Screams echoed throughout the hospital as Em walks slowly down each hallway, with each step he takes he feels something change. He places his hand on the wall and his eyes turn white as the entire hall changes. The walls go from white and blue, to black and gray with blood splattered on the walls and decay everywhere. Em gasps at the sight as he sees bodies on the floor and something dragging itself across the hall, it was a human torso, and the head had its eyes gouged out it kept crawling until something snatches it up, a creature. Em sees the creature, it resembles a deformed human, it's a body too tall for the hall so its head was dragging against the ceiling leaving a trail of skin and blood. It takes the torso and slams it against the wall before picking up a head cage and putting the head of the torso inside of it. The creature picked up another one carrying both Torsos as they screamed in agony.

​Em's eyes widen as it sees him, but before it can come towards him something pulls on Em. He drops to the ground letting go of the wall, his eyes shut.

"Em, are you okay?" Darien helps him up. Em opens his eyes to find that the hall has returned to normal.

"I'm fine, I just thought I saw something" Em could not get the image out of his head.

"Okay, well let's get to moving, the patients are unpredictable when they are roaming around unsupervised" Darien leads the way.

"How was Cadence when you left?" Em asked him.

"She's really worried about Michael, but Ms. Okaley is taking care of her '' Darien turned down a corridor where he stops.

"Darien, what's wrong?" Em looks to see three bodies pinned to the wall.

"What the hell?" The sight almost made him throw up.

"It's a couple of patients, I wonder what who or what could have done this?" Em says to himself while Darien tries to keep himself from throwing up.

"What do you mean what?"

"We gotta keep going" Em ignores his question and walks right past bodies, and Darien notices he was unfazed on the surface, but something told him that Em had seen sights like this before.

​Em and Darien make their way down the hall where they come across the closet that Cadence said that she put Michael in, but as they look at the door they notice claw marks and dents, "What tried to get in here?" Darien examines the dents on the door, "Well, I can tell you one thing Michael is safe" Darien turned to Em who seemed different to him, "Em, what did you see?"

"Nothing worth repeating" Em smiled at him, "If Michael is safe then we can leave him here, but we need to move quickly" Em continued to walk down the hall as Darien heard a cry for help in the opposite direction, without even thinking he turns around and runs to the noise. "Darien?" Em turned around to find him gone.

"Darien?" Em runs down the hall where the two bodies pinned to the walls begin to decay, Em could feel something pulling the bodies into the void he saw.
